After years of suffering with low self-esteem, 10 operations and countless hospital appointments, in July 2018, I secured my dream job working for Smile Train. Smile Train is the world’s largest cleft charity that works to empower local medical professionals to provide 100% free cleft treatment to children in over 70 countries.
